Jobs – All Other Positions

Thank you for your interest in a position at Bravo!  With so many jobs to consider, we are glad you have chosen to consider working at Bravo. At our school, our number one goal is to make sure our employees like what they are doing.  We know that employees who look forward to coming to work are not only enjoyable to work with, but they do a better job because they take pride in what they do!  Here are some questions you may have about this position:

Extras Are Taken Care Of
Your only responsibility is to do the job you are hired for (teaching, kitchen, etc.) At all of our locations we have full time front desk staff to handle all of the “details.” From scheduling to collecting fees or arranging recitals or shows, these details are handled by our administrators and desk staff not the teacher. This means the teacher is free to focus on teaching and not get bogged down by administration.

Your Time Is Respected
Our teachers’ time is respected and they are paid whether or not students show up.  If a student misses classes for school trips or holidays, the teacher is still paid.  If a student does not pay for their lessons or has a noncollectable debt, the teacher is still paid. Our priority for our teachers is to make sure that your time is not abused and your teaching day can be as productive as possible.

What Are The Hours?
Please see the hours posted on the job listing you saw.  All our positions include Sundays and major holidays off.  We are open a few Saturdays per year.

What Am I Paid?
Exact pay is based upon your attitude, not upon your experience.  Although our hiring manager probably listed a pay range on the job posting you saw, we consider alignment with our values far above skill.  Another great thing about this job is you get 3 pay raises every year!
