June 2012 – Daycare Bravo News

Daycare Family BBQ & Parent Teacher Conferences:
Saturday June 9, 2012 from 12-2 pm is our Daycare Family BBQ. Ages 0-3 will have a parent teacher conference (if you haven’t signed up for a time do it next time you are at Bravo – the sign up sheet is on the door to your child’s classroom).  At the conference you will get a graduation book (ages 2 & 3) as well as a free class photo DVD (all ages) to take home. Private kindergarten and 4 year old students will do a live graduation. Please see times & dates below as they vary. School age students get their conference at their public school, but they can still come to pick up their photo DVD and eat at our BBQ! BBQ served from 12-2 pm.

4 Year Old Daycare Graduation Saturday June 9th:
All students in our 4 year old daycare classes get to participate in our graduation program. We will be showing off some of our academic, sign language and music skills for you and your family. Each student will have a special part, so be sure to mark your calendar and bring your camera! The graduation will be held upstairs in the Arts Academy’s tumbling gym. Following your graduation your child will get their graduation book filled with their goal sheet from the year and their class photo DVD. Graduation programs are approx 35-45 minutes. Be sure to join us before/after from 12-2pm for the BBQ for a great lunch!

Bravo Daycare Famous Family
Our Bravo Daycare Famous Family this month is the Thompson family. They have been enrolled in our daycare in Clearfield since the day it opened in August 2010. They particularly love the daycare staff and how music is incorporated into every lesson.

They have lived in Syracuse for three years with their two children, ages 4 years and almost 11 months. They like to go shopping, workout together. and go on family vacations. They are all in love with Santa Barbara, California which is where dad’s family is from.

For family game night, they like to play chutes and ladders and candy land, a LOT! When not eating out at their favorite restaurant, Famous Dave’s, they love making chicken and cheese enchiladas – the recipe they use can be found on the Campbell’s soup website.  Thanks to the Thompson family for sharing a little about themselves! We’re glad that you are a part of Bravo’s family!
