June 4-8: Music Recitals
All recitals will be held at our OGDEN location. Recitals times will be available on May 7 (login to your account to see your time). Times are assigned on the same day as your lesson, times will vary from your regular time. We will be recording this performance and give you a free DVD in July. Recitals are one hour and held at the school. All family and friends are invited to attend, refreshments will be served. Best dress for performers. View a map to our Ogden school.
Friday, June 8 at 7:30 pm: Adult Music Students Recital
Our adult recital is totally unique! A delicious dinner will be served while students perform, this makes for a casual and fun performance experience. All adult students are invited and may bring one adult guest. Please RSVP to our front desk (info@utahbravo.com or 801-621-6683). This event will be held at our Ogden location. See you there!
Summer Activities
Summer is a great time to continue progressing, and we understand the importance of mixing up lessons to keep it FUN! Here’s some activities our music teachers have planned for this summer:
Our Piano Team 1 teachers have worked together to come up with awesome themes for EVERY week this summer. Your child will continue learning lots of musical skills to create a solid piano foundation, while having a blast with themes like: All About Guidepost Notes, Backwards Day, Kids’ Rule and Jelly Bean Day! We’re looking forward to an awesome summer!
Students in Private Music Lessons, Pre-Piano and Piano Team 2-4 will all be composing a music piece this summer! Music composition is a perfect way to reinforce concepts taught during the music theory portion of lessons like: rhythm, note reading and chord progressions. Your child’s teacher will also continue working with your child to help them reach their goals.
