Program Features

Overview
Choosing where to begin your child’s education is a big decision. We are glad you are considering Bravo and invite you to compare us and see why more families choose Bravo.

Small Class Size
Teacher to student ratio and total class size are two very different things. Our total class size is kept small to allow for individual attention and learning. We allow 8 children per class in 2’s, 9 for 3’s and 10 for 4’s.

Separate Classes By Age
Children at ages 2, 3 and 4 are very different in their social, academic and even physical abilities. This is why Bravo never mixes ages in our classes.

Academic Learning
Our curriculum is age specific which allows your child to progress smoothly as a 2 year old through kindergarten without any repeating. Our curriculum goals exceed Utah’s guidelines. We use “Core Knowledge Sequence” for our preschool curriculum which is nationally recognized and certified. We track your child’s progress on their individual goal sheet.

Music And Sign Language Bonus
In addition to our high standards in academics, we incorporate music and sign language daily. Graduates of Bravo will learn over 100 signs in their 4 years of growth. Musically we learn about 2 composers each year, play on dozens of instruments, learn piano note names, rhythms and even perform on the piano at graduation!

Special Events
Throughout the year we have many special events such as: Halloween Carnival, Field Trips, 3 Parent Programs, Dr. Suess Day, Cooking Class, Meet A Fire Fighter and more!

Parent Involvement And Feedback
We have an open door policy for parents, please come anytime. You can also sign up for a parent teacher conference as often as you wish. We have optional homework packets for preschoolers, as well as hands on take?home packs are also ways parents can stay involved in the learning.

Make Up Classes
We want you to get your full value from the tuition you pay. If your child is sick call us before the class begins and you can use your make up on another day. You can even use your make up in a class of your choice (ex. dance, tumbling, art, karate, etc.). 

Add On Dance Or Tumble Class
Your preschooler will stay after or come early one day per week for an hour. This add-on has all the fun without parents having to make an extra trip!

Facility
Our school facility is awesome. We get to use a dance studio for activities on rainy days, have a computer lab and even kid size toilets!

Not Mixed With Daycare
Children who are in care all day (daycare) and those who are not, have different needs. We do not mix them.

Tuition
Preschool classes are held Monday-Thursday for 2 hours and 15 minutes. There is a $40 materials school fee per child per year (plus $25 registration fee for new students). You can receive a 3% tuition discount for auto pay from a checking account.  Preschool tuition at Bravo is like all private school tuition, there is a set tuition for the entire year.  However, for your convenience we divide it into 10 equal payments (automatic payments charged August 1-May 1), there is not a per day or week payment amount.  Monthly tuition is $84 for 2 days per week, $122 for 3 days per week.

Class Options

2 Years Old Preschool
In the 2′s program our main focus is building social skills. We also incorporate sign language (increases verbal skills), percussion instruments, finger plays, nursery rhymes, movement to all styles of music, coordination, following simple directions, art (messy and fun!) and lots of playtime. Diapers are allowed. Class size maximum is 8 for our 2′s classes. Classes are 2 hours and 15 minutes. Must be 2 years old by September 1. Monthly tuition is $84 for 2 days per week.

3 Years Old Preschool
Our unique curriculum is based on different themes week. Each of these themes are used to teach letters, numbers, shapes, colors, cultures and music with a focus on the love of reading and making books come alive! Our curriculum also includes daily writing, sign language, art, music and more. Class size maximum 9 students for our 3′s classes. Classes are 2 hours and 15 minutes. Must be 3 years old by September 1. Monthly tuition is $84 for 2 days per week, $122 for 3 days per week.

4 Years Old Preschool
Our teachers use individual assessment forms to track your child’s progress with hundreds of skills. Our teachers will use a variety of techniques to ensure your child is learning everything from sign language and math to writing, social skills and science. We include a weekly piano lesson, as well as a music class every day your child attends. Class size is 10 students for our 4′s classes. Classes are 2 hours and 15 minutes. Must be 4 years old by September 1. Monthly tuition is $84 for 2 days per week, $122 for 3 days per week.

Early Kindergarten (age 5 by December 31)
If your child will be 5 years by December 31 they may be eligible to use our kindergarten class as an “Early Kindergarten.”  View our kindergarten page for more information about about its specialized curriculum.  We can evaluate your child for $20 and consider accepting your child early.  Utah requires a child to be age 5 by September 1 to use our private kindergarten to replace public kindergarten.  (Extended daycare for kindergarten students is only available to children age 5 years and older, as the state childcare regulates strictly by birthday, not ability.)  Call us at 801-621-6683 or email us to schedule an evaluation for your child.
