New School Year
September is the beginning of a new school year here at Bravo Daycare! Many of your children may find themselves in a new department! Feel free to ask questions to our teachers or department leaders! We are always happy to help you and your child adjust and have a great experience here at Bravo! We have many exciting events and activities planned for this month, check out your child’s class calendar to find out all the exciting details!
Staffing Changes
Please join us in welcoming some new teachers! Ms. Brown in our 3 year old department, Ms. Escamilla and Ms. Bates in our 2 year old department, and Ms. Stratton (previously in the 2′s) will be joining our school age department, along with Ms. Luke! Finally, our baby department has a new department leader, Ms. Wise! We hope you will enjoy getting to know these new additions to our amazing Bravo staff.
Blankets
Parents please remember that you need to provide a blanket for your child age 0-4. Bravo has some emergency blankets only. Blankets should be taken home on Fridays to be washed and returned Mondays.
Bravo Famous Family
This month’s famous daycare family is the Piper family. They have 3 children aged 10, 7 and 5 and they have attended Bravo daycare in Clearfield since they opened in 2010. They describe themselves as an adventurous family and for their vacations, they love to go to the mountains in their trailer. They also enjoy camping, fishing and 4 wheeling. They have 2 dogs and a fish, love playing doodle dice and eating out at their favorite restaurant, Olive Garden. When they are not eating out, their favorite family meal is Cordon Bleu and they shared the recipe with us – view it here! The girls in the family enjoy listening to Taylor Swift and the whole families favorite movie is Transformers or Pirates of the Caribbean. When asked what their favorite thing about Bravo was – mom replied ‘The kids love the field trips in the summer and the friends they have made…..I like that I don’t have to worry about my kids while I am at work all day…I know they are in good hands…..’ Thank you for being part of our Bravo Family and for sharing your information with us!
School Age Kids Transportation Change
If your child will NOT be picked up by Bravo, you need to notify us by 10 am (or days earlier if possible). Transportation is something you depend on us for and our system can only be successful if you give us ample notice.
Potty Accident Clothes
If you forget to send extra clothes for your child and they get sent home in Bravo clothes, your account will be charged $10 immediately. When you return the clothes, please give them to the front desk with your child’s name on them so we can credit back your account.
“We sent our oldest son to the music and academic preschool and absolutely loved it. He was well prepared for kindergarten the next year. The small class size and skilled teachers make this preschool an ideal place for children to learn...” -Julie P.
“I’m a parent with five children. They have all taken piano lessons at Bravo. My oldest has graduated and we now have four children enrolled. We have been going there for a little over 12 years. One thing I really love is that it is really convenient to have my 4 children scheduled at the same time. I also love that the studio has no distractions, whereas my oldest child used to take from a teacher out of her home that did tend to have distractions...” -Rachel F.
