Consistent Schedules: Your daycare teacher schedule will stay the same. In addition, the majority of our full-time schedules are 10-hour shifts so you get the SAME day off each week. You will love this!
Daycare Bucks For Your Children: Every daycare employee gets an additional $2 per hour (WOW!) they work each week to use towards their childcare (click here for parent daycare page). We know the experience a mom brings to our classroom is beneficial for children, helpful for co-workers and calming for Bravo parents.
Support: Your initial training is paid and more than doubles state requirements. We also pay for ongoing training in a weekly 1:1 sit down training & support meeting with your department leader. Our director is a push of a button away and you also have access to our full-time classroom management specialist!

Clean & Fully Stocked Classrooms: Our state of the art facility includes multiple indoor gyms, multiple outdoor playgrounds, classrooms with large windows and updated technology (ex: classroom ipads). We also have excellent systems to keep classes clean and organized. Our supply closet is always fully stocked (stickers, glue, paper, eyeballs, cotton etc.) and we update our classroom toys and activity centers often.
Contract: Teacher turnover hurts our Bravo kids, thus we have a contract to ensure we only attract and hire employees who are really committed to making a substantial, long term difference for kids.
