Communication, one of the most important human traits you can have. The way we communication with people is a vital. Having good communication with someone is what can build a strong relationship. Everyone has different communication style but what is important is to understand your style and effectively use it. Some believer there are five types of communication styles: assertive, aggressive, passive-aggressive, submissive and manipulative. Not one style is better than another. Once you are aware of you communication style it can be important to practice this and be able to properly use it in any situation. Take notes, practice in the mirror, and practice to your pets or anyone you feel comfortable around. This can be thing that really starts to help break that communication barrier. If you find yourself having a hard time communicating try to take a step back, clear your mind completely and plan step by step what exactly you are trying to say and how to say it.
Don’t forget that listening is also a form of communication. If you see someone having a hard time explaining how they feel you should do your very best to help them through it and get it out so they don’t keep it bottled up inside. Simply listen to them. A healthy relationship with anyone if you do not know how to communicate with them and be there for them. Our voices and opinions should never be kept inside because your voice can make a difference and matters to those around you.
