Daycare Bucks For Your Children: Every office employee gets an additional $2 per hour (WOW!) they work each week to use towards their childcare (click here for parent daycare page). We know the experience a mom brings to our facility is beneficial for children, helpful for co-workers and calming for Bravo parents.
Consistent Schedules: Your schedule will stay the same. Our morning positions in each location are full time and our afternoon/evening positions are part-time. We work Monday-Friday, and a rare Saturday event (4-5 per year, we rotate). You will love always having your weekends to yourself!
Support: Your initial training is paid and includes hands-on, verbal and documented training to best meet your learning style. We also pay for ongoing training in a weekly 1:1 sit down training & support meeting with your department leader. Your department leader checks in with you often throughout your shift, you’ve never had work support like Bravo gives you!
Stability: Bravo has been a growing business for well over 20 years. Our proven track record ensures stability and peace of mind for you knowing your new job can help support you and your (future) family.
Fun: Jobs are considered work, but at Bravo, work has opportunities for lots of fun. Team socials, nametag stickers, company events with prizes (paid vacation days, trips, gift cards etc.), breakroom contests, team competitions, yummy treats and more!
Contract: Teacher turnover hurts our Bravo kids, thus we have a contract to ensure we only attract and hire employees who are really committed to making a substantial, long term difference for kids.
